SoulSync is an online dating platform that matches users based on personality compatibility. We provide both a free tier and paid subscription plans.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SoulSync. By registering you confirm you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to harass, threaten, or deceive other users; not to post illegal or harmful content; not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; and not to use the service for commercial solicitation.

Paid plans are billed via Mollie B.V. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices include VAT where applicable. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of paid plans. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or card provider, an administrative fee of €40.00 (excl. VAT) will be charged in addition to the original disputed amount. This fee covers processing costs and the handling of the dispute. Invoices for chargeback fees are transferred directly to a debt collection agency (incassobureau) for recovery.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued within the 30-day guarantee window upon written request to support@soulsync.singles.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a paid SoulSync subscription within 14 days after the subscription contract is concluded, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to support@soulsync.singles or by using the withdrawal form available at soulsync.singles/herroepingsrecht. If you expressly request that your paid subscription starts during the withdrawal period, you may still withdraw within 14 days. In that case, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the moment of withdrawal. If you did not expressly request immediate performance during the withdrawal period, we will refund the full amount paid. Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as a downloadable personality report, your right of withdrawal may end once delivery has started, but only if you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is a separate commercial guarantee and does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights.

The SoulSync platform, branding, and personality assessment are owned by Logicos Media. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it within the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Logicos Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
