Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid SoulSync subscription within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

You can withdraw by sending a clear statement within 14 days to: support@soulsync.singles

Your statement must make clear that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the European model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

Immediate start of your subscription

If you explicitly request immediate access to SoulSync during the withdrawal period when concluding your subscription, you can still withdraw within 14 days.

In that case, we will only charge the proportional part of the subscription price for the period during which you had access to the paid service.

If you did not explicitly request an immediate start during the withdrawal period, we will refund the full amount.

Digital content

If you receive a digital personality report, PDF, download or other digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal for that digital file may lapse as soon as delivery begins.

This only applies if you have explicitly agreed in advance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for that digital file.

Refund

We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We will refund via the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.

30-day money-back guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal. This commercial guarantee does not limit your statutory rights and may in some cases be more favourable.

You may use this form to withdraw from your agreement, but you are not required to use this form.
